Bar Program

Ben Goglia helped create the Bar program at Blue Collar one of Los Angeles premiere cocktail bars, where he is also a partner before partnering on Roadside Taco. Ben prides himself on always using fresh hand pressed juices and homemade syrups using all natural ingredients. He envisioned Roadside to celebrate the craft cocktail bar culture in Los Angeles.
